Crops

Engineering for high-value crops

We design growing facilities where every detail matters: climate, irrigation, lighting, plant health and traceability. Our speciality is medical cannabis, and we bring the same rigour to industrial hemp, horticulture and plant propagation.

Climate-controlled growing greenhouse

Crops we work with

Greenhouses, indoor and outdoor cultivation, and the processing facilities behind each crop.

  1. Medical cannabis

Pharmaceutical-grade greenhouses and indoor facilities, our speciality.
  2. Industrial hemp

From cultivation to processing plants for fibre, hurd and seed.
  3. Horticulture & propagation

Horticultural greenhouses, nurseries and plant propagation facilities.

The rigour of medical cannabis, applied to any crop

A cannabis crop for pharmaceutical use has to produce the same result every time, at the same quality, with every batch documented. Achieving that means mastering climate, fertigation, lighting, plant health, drying and facility hygiene.

That know-how applies directly to other high-value crops: nurseries and seedling facilities that need uniform, healthy plants, greenhouse horticulture aiming for higher yield per square metre with less water and energy, and industrial hemp, where profitability depends on primary processing.

We design the complete facility: structure and cladding, climate control, irrigation and drain water recirculation, lighting, automation, storage, processing rooms and, where required, GACP certification.

What a cultivation project includes

  1. Greenhouses and indoor

Structure type, cladding and grow rooms tailored to the crop, the local climate and the budget.
  2. Climate and lighting

Heating, cooling, dehumidification, CO₂ and LED lighting sized for the crop.
  3. Water and fertigation

Water intake, treatment, fertigation and drain water recirculation to use less water and fertiliser.
  4. Post-harvest and processing

Drying, curing, storage, packaging and primary processing with batch traceability.

Frequently asked questions

Which is better for my crop, greenhouse or indoor?

It depends on the crop, the market the product is aimed at, the local climate and the cost of energy. A greenhouse makes use of sunlight and cuts energy costs; indoor growing gives total control and consistent production all year round. In the feasibility study we compare both options with real figures.

Can you improve a growing facility I already have?

Yes. We audit the facility, identify the bottlenecks (climate, irrigation, energy, processing) and propose upgrades prioritised by return on investment. See facility maintenance and renovation.

What is GACP certification?

GACP stands for Good Agricultural and Collection Practice for medicinal plants. The pharmaceutical industry requires it from its suppliers of plant material. We design the facilities and the documentation to pass the audit.

What do you want to grow?

Tell us the crop, the growing area and the market for the product. We will help you define the right facility.
