This policy informs you about the cookies used by the website agropharm.com, owned by Agropharm Projects, S.L. (Tax ID B30927651, C/ Los Alfareros, 70, 14540 La Rambla, Córdoba, Spain; info@agropharm.com), in accordance with Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE) and the Guide on the use of cookies of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files that a website downloads onto your device (computer, mobile phone or tablet) when you visit it and that make it possible to store and retrieve information about your browsing. This policy also applies to other similar technologies for storing or accessing information on your device.

- According to who manages them: first-party, managed by us from our domain, or third-party, managed by another entity that processes the data obtained through them.
- According to their duration: session cookies, which are deleted when you close the browser, or persistent cookies, which remain on the device for the period indicated.

The _ga and _ga_BWB16R54Q6 cookies are installed on the agropharm.com domain, but they are considered third-party cookies because the information they collect is managed by Google.
Marketing cookies: this website does not currently use advertising or marketing cookies. The “Marketing” category in the settings panel is disabled by default; if cookies of this type were added in the future, they would be detailed in this policy before being used and would only be installed with your consent.
3. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
We use Google Tag Manager (GTM-PQP5JCLM), a Google tool for managing the website’s tags that does not install cookies by itself. The only thing loaded through it is Google Analytics 4 (G-BWB16R54Q6), which measures page views, clicks on telephone and email links and form submissions.
We apply Google’s consent mode (Consent Mode v2) with all non-necessary categories denied by default. Until you accept analytics cookies, the website does not load Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics at all: no data is sent to Google and no analytics cookie is installed or read on your device. If you accept them, the _ga and _ga_BWB16R54Q6 cookies are installed.
We have disabled Google Signals, so Google Analytics data are not linked to users’ Google accounts or used for advertising purposes. Google Analytics keeps data associated with user identifiers for a maximum of 14 months (2 months for event-level data). Google LLC may process these data in the United States, a transfer covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. 4. How to accept, reject or configure cookies
On your first visit we show you a notice with three equally visible options: Accept All, Reject All (only necessary cookies are used) and Customise, which lets you enable or disable each category separately (necessary —always active—, analytics and marketing). Rejecting cookies is as easy as accepting them and does not prevent you from browsing the website.
You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time using the button with a cookie icon in the bottom left-hand corner of every page. We store your choice for 12 months; after that period we will ask you again. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
